If you notice that your order doesn’t make it to you or if you noticed it’s damaged, our company will send you another package, all on us. We will give you a full refund instead as well if you decide to do it that way. However, if you did receive some of your order, what we would do is give you a refund but then we would charge the remaining balance for the part of the order that you did receive.

Our company asks that you wait 30 business days from when the order was first shipped. After those 30 days if you haven’t received the package yet and haven’t got any notifications, then please send us a support ticket located in the refund section and we will take care of the issue ASAP.

If your payment type was with a credit card, we will be able to issue your refund back on your credit card and you will receive it in 3 business days. This is the maximum time we need to issue a refund and will get credited in your account.
